Villa Aitheria is a beachfront property that is situated in the unspoiled area of Kiotari beach and offers an incredible private swimming pool. It offers a beautiful view of the sea which is found at a distance of some steps. The property conveniently accommodates up to 8 people. It is the ideal place to collect unforgettable memories and enjoy your holidays in peace and privacy with your friends or family. Villa Aitheria is tastefully decorated in a modern and contemporary way. It has 3 incredible fully air-conditioned bedrooms with kinged sized beds and windows. One of the bedrooms has a flat-screen TV and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Also, there is a sharing bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation, and a seating area where you can enjoy your meal. In the same area, there’s a big living room with a double sofa bed that has a smart TV with Netflix. There’s free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors, there’s an incredible private swimming pool and a beautifully furnished patio. Guests will find a BBQ installation for the preparation of tasty meals and seating areas as well as a pool table for unlimited enjoyment with friends or family. Also, the surrounding area is full of an incredible garden with grapes and lots of other fruitful trees.

תודה לדימיטרה שקיבלה אותנו יפה מאד, המתינו לנו מצרכים במקרר, כיבוד מתוק ויין טוב. קיבלנו הסבר מקיף על הבית והסביבה והמלצות לבילוי. הבית נקי מאד, מאובזר, נעים לשהייה ורואים שהושקעה בו מחשבה. בנכס הייתה פרטיות מלאה, גינה גדולה ויפה, הכל עבד טוב, מים חמים, הבריכה והמקלחת בחוץ הם פינוק אמיתי. מומלץ מאד
We had the most incredible stay here. 2 Adults and 4 teenagers. The villa is amazing, spacious, very clean and very well equipped and even some lovely treats such us wine, coffee, milk & bread etc. We were met personally when arrived and they even helped arrange a shopping delivery to arrive just after us so didn’t even need to go to the supermarket. Great personal touch! Beautiful pool, shaded in the afternoon heat so perfect! The villa is in a quite area, but the beach is across the road, 5 min walk to the supermarket, 15 min walk into the villages for a few nice restaurants which served fantastic food and the staff are very friendly The whole interaction with the host was on a high and professional level, Very attentive and went over and above for our family, I couldn’t recommend this villa and host enough and will definitely be returning.
Wir durften die wunderschöne Villa für ca. eine Woche nutzen. Es hat uns alles perfekt gefallen und wir sind echt von der Villa, dem Garten mit dem Pool und der Lage auf Rhodos begeistert. Der Pool hat eine perfekte Größe und es macht auch noch spät abends Spaß darin zu baden - mit der Poolbeleuchtung. Die Lage der Villa ist wirklich gut, da man schnell auf die Hauptverkehrswege kommt und das Meer direkt gegenüber liegt. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet - besonders die Küche mit aktuellen Geräten und umfangreichem Geschirr. Auf jeden Fall sind wir nochmals Gäste:-)
Amazing Villa. Wonderful hosts. Lovely, thoughtful treats such as wine, coffee, bread etc to arrive to. They have thought of everything. We plan to come back and enjoy a holiday here next year. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much!
The villa is beautiful and the host was very accommodating. The restaurants in the area serve fantastic food and the staff are very friendly (would definitely recommend the lighthouse bar & Vayia). We visited in September and found the pool didn't receive much sun throughout the afternoon which was a shame for it to be in the shade as this made it feel colder.

Guests will find the nearest beach within a walking distance (50m). Gennadi village is a peaceful place and is found within a 5-minute drive. You’ll find all your necessary urban conveniences such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and car rentals. You should visit Prasonisi, the most impressive beach on the island, which is only a 30-minute drive away. Guests should not miss visiting Lindos which is about a 20-minute drive far from Kiotari beach. Lindos Acropolis is the most breathtaking archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most inspiring beaches. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town of Rhodes, a UNESCO World Heritage, at a distance of about an hour's drive away from the suite. The airport and the center of Rhodes are located an hour's drive away.
