Absolutely wonderful stay! Rebecca and Rob are great hosts and even better people! Rob was always helpful and their place is awesome for a family or some friends who want to stay close to the beach. Very short walk that you can do barefooted. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great week celebrating our recent graduates.

Beautiful and couldn't have been a better set up! Everything we needed and more! Rob and Rebecca are very accommodating and ready to help at the drop of a hat. Perfect vacation to celebrate a 60th birthday and 35 years of friendship continuing making memories.

Our visit was a group of five women on a ladies weekend. The Magic Beach House could not have been more perfect for our needs. Rob and Rebecca were consummate hosts, proactive, excellent with communication, flexible, and always at hand to meet our every need. The house itself was exactly what we hoped for, and exceeded our expectations. The location couldn't be better, within minutes of everything we wanted to do. Easy access to restaurants, supermarket, and a five minute drive from the heart of St. Augustine. That being said, we could have stayed at the house and never left, just enjoying the beautiful deck and the view of and access to the beach. The house was provided with everything we needed from beach chairs and towels to a well stocked kitchen, excellent WiFi and TV options for staying in, and helpful recommendations for going out. We highly recommend Rob and Rebecca and the Magic Beach House! We will be back, together or separately with our own families!

Wow! What an incredibly gorgeous view of the beach from the great room and deck! It was hard to pull our view from the ocean, but the home was beautifully decorated including lovely artwork. Everything you could need for an incredible stay was provided, and when we asked, if by chance they had an obscure item, it showed up on our doorstep. Not only is the home spectacular, but the hosts are just as great! When we mentioned that we were going to tour some local churches, Rob recommended St. Photios Shrine on St. George Street which was definitely worth a visit! We didn't want to leave and hope to return soon! Thanks for sharing your spectacular home and for having such gorgeous weather;)

Rob & Rebecca were great hosts - everything we could possibly need was provided in the condo, and they were wonderful at offering suggestions on things to do in the area (especially for rainy days!). We even got to go listen to Rob's band at Borrillo's Pizza Garden one evening - both the food and the entertainment were fantastic! Absolutely beautiful location - so close to town (5 min), but also felt like we were worlds away on our own beach. Loved taking walks by the water every day, and the views from the condo and back deck were spectacular. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience for our family reunion - we hope to be back!
