A beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, mews-style house constructed in 2017 as part of purpose built holiday complex in acres of countryside just outside Newport. Sleeping up to 7 with large living/dining/kitchen room opening on to a private garden with patio. Master suite and 2 twin beds upstairs and a ground floor designed for accessible use with bedroom and wet room and modern fitted kitchen. Adjacent parking with children's play area and surrounding paddocks with sheep and horses. Seabiscuit is accessed off of the pedestrian walkway surrounding the landscaped courtyard and has a low level threshold. The ground floor has been designed for those with additional accessibility needs and incorporates a single bedroom and large wet room with WC suitable for wheelchair users. The open plan living/dining/kitchen is ideal for modern family living with a dining table and chairs for 7, ample seating and well equipped modern kitchen which includes a large fridge-freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave. A Smart TV with Freeview is linked to the free WiFi providing a choice of media entertainment. Patio doors lead out to a courtyard garden facing South West, capturing the sun all afternoon and into the evening and is ideal for al fresco dining. The first floor has a master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite shower room with WC. In addition there are two large twin rooms and family bathroom with basin, WC and a bath with a shower over. With an 'eco-friendly' ethos, the Centre itself boasts solar water heating, rainwater harvesting and a bacteria based waste water treatment facility which requires the management of the type of washing detergents that can be used and therefore an onsite laundry facility within the quadrangle is provided together with a supply of the appropriate washing detergents. To ensure the safety of our guests an integrated smoke and fire alarm system with emergency lighting is connected throughout all of the accommodation and linked to an emergency phone line. Consideration has been given to those with mobility impairment and construction was completed using the National Accessible Scheme (NAS) criteria. This property is comparable to M3a, typically suitable for a person who depends on the use of a wheelchair in a seated position. This person also requires personal assistance eg carer. Ample parking is provided in the car park adjacent to the accommodation and an electric charging point is available free to all guests. A communal area with seating and sun loungers overlooking a small paddock housing some of our Shetland ponies is available for all guests as is the children’s area

We booked the accommodation based on our need for a downstairs bedroom for our disabled child. Basic accommodation and furnishings but clean and tidy. Kitchen had only the very basics in terms of implements but just about enough. No guest information on arrival but Paul dropped off the following morning. Wifi did drop out which given lack of phone reception onsite was frustrating. Location is central and approx 20 mins from anywhere. Good comms from host throughout.
The property suited what we needed, basically 4 bedrooms for 4 adults for three nights. It was clean and mostly as expected. However there were a few things that would have disappointed us if we were on a longer holiday break : - very sparsely stocked kitchen in terms of crockery, bin liners , cleaning materials, and no basic condiments (salt/pepper/sugar etc) or provisions such as tea or coffee ( not even a small welcome pack ) - kitchen blind could not be pulled down without standing on a chair - very dim light bulbs in some rooms - towels provided were inadequate , only 2 hand towels and 4 other towels which were too small to be called bath towels - sofa in lounge is just about adequate for 4 people but the other chairs would have been more comfortable with cushions, particularly the wicker chairs. - WiFi internet connection signal was weak and disappeared on occasions - no alternative 4/5 G signal indoors Finally be aware of the massive potholes in the driveway up to the property
We had a wonderful stay, the accommodation ticked all the boxes for what we were looking for. The location was fantastic as the children enjoyed the horse riding, play areas and GG’s restaurant on site.
Just came back from a 3 night stay a beautiful place in a beautiful location . Lovely restaurant on site , great play area for the kids . Will definitely be back
We had a wonderful stay with our two four olds and their grandparents. The accommodation was spotless and spacious. Very accessible with large shower/wet room and bedroom on ground floor. The surroundings are lovely with horses and an on-site restaurant and playgrounds. Brilliant for families. The hosts went above and beyond and were so helpful and welcoming. They managed to book our children in for their first ever pony ride on our last day and went out of their way to make it really special. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

The Isle of Wight has lots of activities for non-riders too including golf, cycling, walking, sailing, clay pigeon shooting, go-karting, paragliding and various water sports. Visitor attractions start right next door at Monkey Haven or a short walk to Butterfly World. A short drive takes you to Robin Hill, Blackgang Chine, Carisbrooke Castle, Osborne House, Godshill Model Village, The Needles Landmark Attraction, Isle of Wight Zoo, Amazon World the list goes on. Why not try the Isle of Wight Steam Railway or even go on a dinosaur hunt......OR just relax on one of the award winning beaches all a short drive away.
There is plenty of on site parking and a bus stop (no. 9 bus) right outside
