The off grid cabin was much more than we expected. It was very nice. We stayed during a very difficult loss of a family member and the host was very considerate. The off grid location allowed us the privacy and the space we needed to grieve. The cabin was spotless and very homey. Greg is the best host I've ever had leasing an Airbnb. Thank you so much again Greg!

Had a great week at off The Grid. The name speaks well of the location. The cabin was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again if I were in the area.

So relaxing! We loved it and would come back, the pictures do not do it justice. Greg responded quickly when we had a concern about something. There is definitely enough room for 10 people, but there are only 2 bedrooms (with doors) for adults who prefer to have a bathroom on the same level. There is lots of good hiking around, about 30-45 minutes car ride in various directions. The cabin had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the multiple decks and chairs always provided us with somewhere to hang out outside, regardless of rain.

Off The Grid is just that. Beautiful log cabin, situated deep in the woods. Very peaceful and cozy. G○○gle maps will take you basically straight to it. A word of advice, if you have never stayed here, please arrive before dark. It's very dark and it will make it more difficult to find it. There is very minimal cell service at the cabin. The wifi works great so you can stay connected to social media or phone calls with wifi calling activated. Greg the host is amazing. We had strong storms come through early one morning. We lost power and wifi. We drove into Blue Ridge and sent Mr. Greg a message. He jumped right on it, sending us a link to the power company outage map, and kept us informed as the power company worked on things. The thing I really liked is the metal roof. With the rain hitting the roof makes for an incredible nap/sleeping time. Beds are comfy, extra blankets are available. You will not regret staying at this cabin or having interaction with Mr. Greg. Definately a 5☆host.
