Such a cute beach bungalow apartment! Great location. The decks are nice for sitting outside. The backyard was perfect for my 3-year-old daughter to run around and play in. Easy access to the beach. She loved spotting the iguanas and lizards and bunnies in the yard! Bed is super comfy and we had everything we needed!

This little treasure is the epitome of a cozy, rustic beach suite! The location is perfect for relaxing, with a short private path that leads you right to the sand boarding the ocean! We visited the end of April- May 2 & the section of Beach we played on was quiet, no crowds! Staying here you are close enough to walk to a few restaurants, there is also a gas station across the street that offers cold beverages and snacks to refuel in-between swims & sunbathing. We did venture into the busier part of Cocoa for groceries and some shopping, $7-$10 Uber to get you close to the “action” of Cocoa. Has all amenities we needed to make the most of our visit, don’t need anything but your swimsuit & SPF! Comfortable beds and linens, fridge with ice-maker & all you need to cook or BBQ. Ken was so helpful and responsive, close by but the suite still is separate enough for privacy. If the dates you want to visit are available BOOK them! You’ll fall in love like we did! Can’t wait to come back!

Ken was a great host and was extremely available and helpful whenever we needed anything. The place was exactly as advertised and the location could not have been any better for our trip. Would definitely recommend!!!

This was exactly what our family needed. We had close access to the water, privacy and beautiful weather. The patio/balcony was a great area to decompress and listen to the waves and enjoy the moonlight. Thank you Ken for sharing this lovely place❤️

Ken’s place was absolutely perfect for my wife and my daughter. The beach was beautiful and far enough away from the busy area felt like we had it to ourselves! Ken was an awesome host anything we needed or had questions on he was right on top of it! Can’t wait to come back!
