Conveniently located next to St Richards Hospital and near Goodwood. Often booked by hospital, Rolls Royce and University staff. 1 min to main bus route. Or walking distance is 10 mins to town and twenty to train station. Fully equipped kitchen and dining table and chairs. Very modern and clean. All bedding and towels are clean and ironed.

A wonderful welcome, Sam had prepared a waterproof lock up for my KOM, and my room had everything anyone could need. After showing me around, including food and drink available, she asked about my plans, giving appropriate advice and information where required. All this contributed to a wonderful rest day from my cycle tour so that I had the information, and energy, to continue. Sam's place is walking distance from the centre of town and the TIC for more detailed information re buses, walks, canal boat rides etc.. I would definately recommend Sam's place. Jx
