Tim and Hasmik are just like my family. Always friendly, Tim made breakfast on weekends, we ride bike and do lots of fun thing, very comfortable staying!

Tim and Hasmik were exceptional hosts. We were very well taken care of and felt comfortable in their home. We especially loved all the little extras, great conversation, honey treats and homemade yogurt! The house is cozy and warm. We will definitely be back and recommend them without hesitation.

Tim and Hasmik were so gracious in welcoming me after my arrival. Although I was not at the house often enough to interact with them throughout my three-night stay, it was clear that they care very much for those who stay with them and have done everything possible to make visitors comfortable. Check-in was simple, the accommodations were clean and accessible, and everything was well supplied. Truly a five-star experience, and I'd be quick to stay again or recommend that someone else do so!

Tim and Hasmik were incredibly kind! My friends and I only stayed for a night but they were very welcoming. They made us breakfast and even sent us home with some apples, lemons, and mint! Truly a great experience!

Tim and Hasmik have a most delightful home and their kindness is felt and seen throughout!! Loved seeing the orchard of splendid fruit trees in their backyard creating an oasis of color.
