This facility was exactly as described. Heading south towards their home, their driveway is just past a small hilltop and curve. Accordingly, I was slightly challenged finding it after dark. Their mailbox, CLEARLY marked with their street #, made the BIG difference. This geographic point is, however, a minor issue. All in all, an excellent experience!

Brenda and Michael had the perfect location for me. I had a sweet, comfortable room. Great refuge on a stormy night!

Excellent location....lots to do in Rockland and Camden Landing....ate at Happy Claim....excellent.....Lobster at "Claws" in Rockland....excellent.....Coffee shop "Flipside" in Thomaston....excellent.....Strand Theater in Rockland.....cool.....La Cave Bar for Jazz music in Camden Landing......easy to find....good communication. Maybe my fault but I did not realize I was sharing a bathroom. The room I was in was jam packed with stuff. Luckily there was a fan as it was needed. Most Airbnb’s that I have stayed in have been very spare. It was quite musty. The new shower, however, was great with plenty of warm/hot water. I was an easy guest as I only just really slept there. The parking made me anxious as their house is right off a main road and the spaces to park were few. I do think it is overpriced. Michael very friendly and helpful when I arrived. I think it would be wise to make the rooms sparer. That said, it was close to where I needed to be so that was good. I did not use their “ kitchen” facilities except for the plugs to charge my phone.
