Traveled here for a quick weekend getaway Location is private and peaceful. The view out the window is nice. You can see the stars at night. It is about a 20 min drive into town. The loft is cute. The stairs to the front door have motion-detecting lights. There is a Queen-sized bed downstairs and a twin-sized bed in the loft. There is a simple kitchen, table, and a TV with a couch/chair. Clean bathroom. The bathroom has a slanted ceiling. I am 5'9" and gently bumped my head but didn't find it to be much of an issue. The bed was comfortable. If you are traveling here in the winter, the downstairs area gets and remains quite cold. The heating unit is mounted high and mostly works at the loft level, which was very comfortable. Consequently, I spent most of my time upstairs. Hosts are pretty responsive and helpful. Their check-in/check-out instructions were sometimes inaccurate. Didn't like that I had to strip the bed even though there is a $50 cleaning fee.

This place is delightful, so airy and light. It's close to so many desirable places, including Monhegan Island and several great eateries, including the Causeway. Enjoy it! It's wonderful!
