Firstly I'd like to say that the property is very well placed to explore the surrounding areas. I'm more than a little surprised reading past reviews that some things were not mentioned which would have helped me in making a more informed choice. The ground floor is more than adequate (kitchen needs a bin) but things are lacking upstairs. There are no bedside tables, no bedside lamp,no shelving or drawers to put your clothes in. In the bathrooms there are no shelves or shower racks to put your toiletries on while you are showering. Had I known this then I wouldn't have booked this property as it didn't meet our needs.

Cosy space . Easy walk into town centre and prom . Comfortable rooms for three adults.

This was the perfect place for us to visit with our dogs. The house was great - good facilities, lovely and clean and had everything you needed. The location was good, you could walk to the local amenities and there were good places to eat, but also not far from Formby where we enjoyed a walk on the beach with the dogs Would definately revisit
