The arrangements for check in were very straightforward and Emma answered my questions very promptly. Parking was easy on the road outside. The flat was really clean and finished to a very high spec. The photos are accurate, but don’t really do it justice. The kitchen was well equipped (we loved the ‘see-through’ toaster!) and the beds were very comfortable. Although the flat is quite near a main road, we weren’t aware of this from inside, it was quiet and peaceful. There isn’t any outside space, but this didn’t affect our stay, as we were out and about. There was a local shop for basics a few minutes’ walk away. About half a mile towards Crosby there were lots of shops and places to eat. We didn’t explore the marina area, which is nearer than Crosby, as we weren’t staying for long and had plans with family, but it looks good from the pictures. I would definitely recommend Emma’s place and would come back if we’re in the area again.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb apartment! It was impeccably clean, equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect – close to pubs, restaurants, and a delightful beach walk. The area was wonderfully quiet, making it an ideal home from home. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! A special thanks to Lauren for her communication leading up to the trip and how easy she made the stay. We would return to this location without hesitation.
