This eco house is situated in a quiet, beautiful area of Nottingham, known as the Meadows. It is ideally located with the River Trent only 100 metres away, which is an ideal place to walk your dog. It is a 20-minute walk to the city centre of Nottingham and if you feel less energetic you can catch the tram with the nearest stop only 5-minute away. It also, only takes fifteen minutes to walk to the station.
You are on the doorstep of Nottingham Forest and Notts County football grounds. Also, Trent Bridge Cricket ground is very close and you are only a few miles from Holme Pierrepoint Watersports centre.
Please remove your shoes in the front porch as the property is mostly carpeted. The house features two bedrooms and the dining room could be used as an office space. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable king sized bed and the other bedroom a double bed with an ensuite bathroom attached. To the rear of the property is a pleasant garden area with numerous places to sit. On the third floor, there is a balcony and sitting area, where you get lovely views of the River Trent. Downstairs is a modern kitchen and a living room, where you can relax and enjoy a bit of TV.

There is space for one car to park on the drive of the house and a second car can park at the end of the drive, but also free parking on the cul- de sac if you have more than one vehicle.
