Amal and Richard proved to be exceptional hosts! The accommodation provided excellent value for the money. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again in the future. Conveniently located near a large Lidl supermarket, and just a 15-minute stroll from the Terlingham Vineyard, the room offered both comfort and accessibility. Additionally, for those looking to explore the seaside, it's just a short drive away, or accessible via nearby bus services. Overall, a delightful stay with all amenities within easy reach.

perfect for what we needed having g visited the RAF battle of Britain museum close by with my father . Richard was great , lovely guy who was very easy to talk too and made us feel right at home. would definitely recommend a stay

Amal and Richard were so welcoming and friendly. They helped me feel right at home and were so accommodating and understood my crazy working hours. Would 100% recommend them☺️

As soon as we walked through the door, Richard was there to greet us and he made us feel right at home. He showed us to our room and around the kitchen which had a substantial tea selection. The house itself was beautiful, but the room specifically was nice and spacious with a massive bathroom and shower. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. We had an event at Hawkinge Community Centre and it was really convenient as it's only a short walk from the house. Highly recommend staying at this place as it's a beautiful room/house, but the hosts made it that much more special.

Our host Richard was accommodating, helpful and super friendly. Kitchen with beverages and amenities were made available to use. The room with ensuite was lovely and we were comfortable, enjoying our short stay.
