Situated on 2 acres with Sterling Creek access. Enjoy s’mores by the fire or read a book by the creek. Fair Haven State Beach, Sterling Renaissance Festival, Sterling Nature Center, Colloca Winery and so much more only a few minutes away. Don’t let summer pass you by without staying at Camp Galore! This 2 acre property with access to Sterling Creek was created to help facilitate a unique experience to the beauty and adventure that the Sterling/Fair Haven area has to offer. “Camp Galore” features a 2022 Jayco camper that sleeps approximately 4-6 people comfortably. There is one queen size bed along with the table area and sofa that converts into beds. The RV has a propane fridge with freezer, stove, oven, kitchen sink , keurig coffee maker and all dishes/utensils to cook a delicious meal. You will have a full bathroom with a toilet and shower. All linens and toilet paper is provided. During your stay you also have a fire pit with firewood, propane grill, picnic table, 2 hammocks, and Empire NYS Park pass to use at your convenience. Solar powered battery lights and charging packs will keep you out of the dark and devices charged. A quiet inverter generator is provided with a tank of gas to use for up to 4 hours a day; outside of quiet hours. A full tank of gas is provided per 3 night stay, anything after a full tank is the responsibility of the guest. Conserving electricity especially while sleeping will help ensure a steady battery supply. There are (3) 300 gallon tanks which allows campers to use for showers and washing dishes. We just ask to please monitor your water usage and be mindful of how much you are using. We provide a few gallons of drinking water, but suggest you bring your own bottled water for drinking. Black and Grey water tanks will be emptied as needed after a 3 night stay. This is a semi-off grid experience and a newly developed plot of land. While your comfort is a top priority for us, know that this is still a unique camping experience.
