The perfect venue for our family gathering. Lots of open space downstairs split into different areas with lots of room, comfy furniture and lighting. Shane and Emma were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay really special.

we had a wonderful overnight stay at The Retreat. The ambience was very good . Tony , Jan, Shane & Barbara were very helpful and made it very homley and safe to stay .Highly recommended this lovely village area for families or ladies.Food was very delicious, and Tony also helped us with transportation. we really appreciate all the help you gave us . We really enjoyed our stay at the BnB and Jan was really helpful and supportive in the lead up with catering and making sure everything was ordered in advance and ready for the day. We opted for steaks and the quality was really great and sourced locally, the whole group enjoyed. And the privacy everyone felt like they had with the rooms was really appreciated. Thanks Jan!

Had a WONDERFUL stay at the retreat. Jan, Tony and Shane couldn’t have been more amenable, helpful and supportive, both before and during our stay. The venue was so lovely. The bedrooms are gorgeous, the communal space was great and it was an absolutely brilliant night for my 40th birthday. Great blue tooth sound system, tv with wifi and HDMI for our quiz as well as microphone for karaoke. A home from home. Perfect. :) We used the cooking space for our buffet and Tony was so helpful and constantly available with supporting our use of the kitchen and bar (as well as all of my queries and requests.) I also had to change the set up of one of the bedrooms at the last minute and this was sorted immediately and was no issue. We also had a lovely breakfast that was delicious and bespoke for each guest. Couldn’t recommend the space and team enough . I had the best time and all my friends were raving about it. Thank you so much! 😊
