My girlfriend and I stayed at Martha's place in Sedgwick for over 6 weeks for a medical rotation. The apartment is actually even bigger in person than it looks in person and the woodwork is beautiful. I worked from the apartment while my girlfriend did her medical rotations and it was a great place to work, always quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Location wise, it's about 4 minutes from the grocery store and a 5 minute drive to downtown Blue Hill. Martha was very responsive always getting back to us almost immediately and was very helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!

Martha literally saved my family's vacation. We had booked another Airbnb that was not as expected, so I cancelled. We had nowhere to stay that night . Martha was so accommodating to my last minute request. She cleaned the home right before we got there. I am so thankful for her. The space is gorgeous! Even better in the photos. We all loved it. The beds were comfortable, the shower had great pressure, the kitchen was great. We didn't use it, but there is also a washer and dryer, which is great. This is an excellent house to stay in. Highly recommended. Best host EVER and an amazing space.

This rental was perfect for our family of four. Lovely furnishings, a well equipped kitchen with lots of utensils (sharp knives were a bonus), extremely comfortable beds, a nice amenities including good wifi.

Our stay at Martha’s couldn’t have been better. We had a last minute change of plans but found her place and she was so helpful and accommodating. The space is gorgeous with lots of hand built woodwork touches and gorgeous natural lighting throughout! All the furniture, linens, and rugs felt fresh and and clean and all very inviting. My family and I enjoyed the spacious rooms (much preferred over a hotel with kids!!), 2 bathrooms, and having our own full kitchen was an added bonus to our weekend. We were in town for a family funeral but the area in general is so pretty and peaceful. Blue Hill has a very fun, quaint downtown with some yummy restaurants that we enjoyed. We might have to come back and stay here if we visit again!
