Great location, just a short walk out the door to the beach! We felt very secure within the gated community l. Great place to watch the launches! Amanda was awesome and made sure we were well taken care of. We definitely would recommend this place! Cory, Michelle and Emily

Lovely condo! We spent a great deal of our time sitting on the balcony patio - views of the ocean and sunrise were stunning. Pelicans, seagulls, sand pipers flying overhead, and even an appearance by a peacock walking by on the grassy area. Nice location- I mile from the Port Canaveral so views of cruise ships passing by from condo balcony; could also walk the mile up to the beach to see the cruise ships up close as they depart the port. 2 mile walk the other way on the beach was the Coco Beach Pier- shops/restaurants. Once outside the condo door, it is roughly 500 feet til your feet are in the sand of the beach. The condo was well equipped with boogie board, towels, beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, and a few sand toys. Swimming pool was well maintained and clean with plenty of sun chairs and lunges. There are two The condo was clean, comfortably furnished, kitchen well stocked, and has a washer/dryer unit inside. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again!
