OMG…we fell in love the moment we went through the doors! Pictures definitely don’t do the place justice! It was so clean and tastefully decorated that it had the feel of a hotel, but somehow managed to feel like a home away from home. Michael was so responsive. He patiently answered every question I had, so by the time I got there, I was already relaxed. He literally thought of everything that would make you comfortable, down to charging port next to the bed. The area is quiet and peaceful. I didn’t feel scared at all, being with my mom and teenage son. I’d definitely rebook on a return trip to Philly!

Great option for our large party (my wife and I, plus her mother and aunt and our dog) with 3 beds and 3 baths. Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Michael was a responsive and friendly host. Convenient location five minutes drive from University City and the art museums, and 20 into downtown for the Liberty Bell etc. No attractions of note in the immediate neighborhood (e.g. bars or restaurants) but fine as a base. Note that the junction of Mantua and 34th can be busy with traffic past midnight, so extremely light sleepers might look elsewhere.

We loved staying here while in Philly recently. Super nice apartment with lots of space & everything you expect from a hotel (luggage rack & toiletries) along with the homey feel of an airbnb. The kitchen is well equipped & if eating at home isn’t your vibe, the food hall around the corner has tons of great options & there is a great coffee shop a 10 min walk away. Easy access to central Philly, you can walk to the Museum of Art in 20 minutes. Parking was easy, even if the dedicated spots for the building are not available. Definitely would stay here again! A 12pm check out time is such a treat - other hosts, take note!!
