A newly built, beautiful, bright spacious, peaceful room with en-suite bathroom. - It comes with gym equipment (bench and dumbbells) TV could be moved for private view if requested or shared in the living room - Space to work - Iron available on requests - Easy drive to Dublin City (45mins) - New Grange Monument centre (25mins Drive) - Kells (25mims Drive) - Trim Castle, River Boyne (10 minutes walk) - St Patrick’s Church (15 minutes walk) - 15 mins from Navan and 20 mins from Blanchardstown The room is an en-suite in a house, the house is new and everything in the house including the bed is new. The bed is super king size bed with orthopaedic mattress. The space is close to many beautiful sceneries including Trim Castle, River Boyne, Kells, Blanchardstown, New Grange etc The stay does not include breakfasts.

good points : clean, easy check in and out bad points : noisy landlord from 11pm to 6pm (doors, showers, singing) in a new but noisy apartment. remark : no real human contact

This was a delightful space albeit difficult to find. Host was quite helpful in locating it. It was a new development so we needed extra directions. The space was new and comfortable.

The house is a new build in a beautiful neighbourhood and guests could take a walk along River Boyne, St. Patrick’s cathedral and the famous Trim castle.
New Grange is also not far away by car, Dublin City is 1 hour away, airport is 40 minutes away.
A lot of places in the Trim city centre are paid parking, but it’s a walkable distance if the guests don’t mind parking at home in one of our FREE car parks at home.
