The house looked great. Once we were there we started to see that the house needs some improvements. It looks like the house didn’t get cleaned before we got there. Both showers were dirty and had used towels. One of the bedrooms has a door knob coming off. Front door knob came fully off when opening the door from the inside, shower knob came off when trying to turn on shower in mater room. Back yard was not serviced, informed Maxine and I believe they tried to get someone out there to cut the yard but never came out. The backyard also has a swing that needs to be put together correctly or needs to be taken down because I was swing one of the kids and it fell apart while swings and hurt my niece on the leg. The house just needs some improvement and to be properly clean

We just used this as a one night overnight on our way to a hunt. Beds were comfortable and and space was nice and spacious.

This home was an absolute bargain! It’s a very large home that provides an excellent amount of space for a relatively cheap price. I 100% recommend checking this place out if you’re bringing a group of people. The two separate living rooms were perfect for our accommodation! The property manager was very helpful and responded very quickly to any text or call we made. They even made a last minute inconvenience work out for my group. This house does have small wear and tears, which was perfectly normal. Overall, booking this place accommodated my family very well and we were very thankful for the wonderful communication.

The host was extremely helpful and communicative and always responded right away. Overall, the house is nice and roomy and a has a nice layout, it could just use a bit more cleaning and a little bedding help, but otherwise we had a great stay and it was not overpriced for what it was so that’s good. The house was dusty, the carpet did not feel clean and the floor was not super clean either. The bathrooms and kitchen were pretty clean and we did appreciate that. There are no mattress pads or top sheets on the beds and we only found two small extra blankets so it was bit hard to get comfortable in bed. I will also note that it is advertised that bedroom 1 has two beds, and all the bedrooms only have one bed each.

Great location with tons of space for a large group. There is a beautiful city park behind the home and tons of sights and shopping nearby.
