Absolutely lovely place to stay! Everything you need for a few nights away and place is in walking distance of a fantastic butchers and bakery! One of the middle bedrooms has a double bed instead of single which was a nice surprise + the kitchen is well stocked and it was lovely to have some board games to play. Vic was flexible with our check in and super helpful and responsive, would definitely stay agaib

We booked the cottage for a short trip to the Lake District. The cottage was immaculate and in a great location in Kendal for all amenities and as a base to explore the region. Vic's communication was fantastic and I would happily book it again for another trip

Fantastic stay in the centre of Kendal, perfect base to explore the lakes with plenty of shops, bakery’s, cafes & restaurants right on the doorstep. Cottage was perfect & spacious for our family of 4. We will definitely be coming back in the future.
