The annexe provides light, spacious and comfortable self-contained accommodation close to the centre of the historic market town of Aylsham, midway between Norwich & Cromer. There are pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Walkers & cyclists have easy access to the Weavers' Way, Rebellion Way and Marriott Way, while the beautiful Norfolk coast and Broads are within 30 minutes' drive and the National Trust properties of Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall are very close by. The accommodation consists of a large, airy room which looks on to the side garden. It has its own separate entrance. Modern furnishings include a comfortable super king bed which can be made into two singles on request. There is a built-in wardrobe with space for your luggage. A breakfast table, two chairs, two armchairs and a TV complete the room. You will also have an ensuite shower room with a toilet, sink, hairdryer, electric shower, mirrored cabinet and a dual-fuel towel radiator. If the weather is dry, you could take breakfast or an evening drink on your own patio which has a table with two chairs. A manually- operated tower fan will cool the room on hot days , while on colder days you will be cosy and warm as the room is well insulated and has efficient heating. For those who require it, there is a dedicated work space with a desk, desk lamp, stationery, USB charging sockets and free reliable WIFI . An integrated food preparation area affords use of a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. Each morning, when you have finished your breakfast, just put your crockery and cutlery in the basket provided and we will wash and return them to you, ready for the following day. Aylsham has an interesting variety of cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops, all within easy walking distance. There is a popular Tesco at the end of our road, with a Budgens and Co-Op a little further on, while the local BP service station (10 mins walk) is home to an M&S Simply Food.
