Anthony was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. His home was comfortable and his kitchen was equipped with everything necessary for cooking. There are very good local restaurants and shopping nearby. The home was clean as was the kitchen but the refrigerator had some outdated food left in it. Would rent again if the need arose. Anthony's place is just as described and in a central location. It was spacious and suited our needs for our trip. There were some hiccups — 2+ hour check-in delay due to a cleaning service issue. Anthony was very communicative and worked to get us checked in. Because of this rush, I think some things were missed — the kitchen trashcan was full; the fridge had a lot of stuff in it (tons of condiments, 3 open boxes of butter, spinach, eggs); dishes were clean, but still in the dishwasher and on the counter drying; the dining/living fan had gobs of dust stuck to the blades that rained down when we turned the fan off; someone left baby nail clippers and ripped packaging with an capless tube of baby ointment on the coffee table; loose pills in the bedroom carpet. Judging from the great reviews for Anthony's place, I think we had an atypical experience. We did have clean towels, clean sheets, and a comfy place (great couch!) to watch TV and unwind in the evenings.

Anthony was one of the best hosts I’ve experienced on Airbnb. Incredibly responsive, answered all my questions, flexible, and courteous. This place was perfectly convenient for a short term stay before closing on my first home.

Very cute and charming place within walking distance to a number of great restaurants. Would definitely be back to this place if we’re in the area again!
