Awesome stay for a family vacation with all facilities nearby, caretaker was helpful, very well maintained bungalow, Kitchen is equipped with needed utensils and hot water running through solar. Pool timing could be better.

The 3bhk duplex house or bungalow is indeed the best place to stay with family and friends. It makes us feel like a home with all basic amenities. While the two rooms on the first floor are very spacious and good looking, the third room on the ground floor is quite small. The drawing and dining area is also good and spacious. Overall we liked the place very much and our kids enjoyed it a lot. Varca beach is very near and also the market and restaurants. Having a self driven car is a must for commuting. My first experience with Airbnb is quite good and satisfying.

We had a wonderful stay at Kurt’s place. This 3BHK property was exactly as in pictures and spacious to accommodate all 6 of us. Varca Beach is at around 15 min walkable distance. Couple of shops are nearby but Main market is 2km so I would recommend to get a rented bike if you are looking to use kitchen for self cooking. Furnitures and interior is really good and society’s shared pool is right behind the bungalow. Kurt was very proactive on followups and a great host. Will surely look to stay again if at Varca.

We were extremely pleased with the Airbnb villa. The place was very clean, spacious, well-furnished, and had pleasing and an aesthetic interior. The photos and description on Airbnb match the place. The location is fantastic - with Varca beach a walk away, and good supermarkets & restaurants in the vicinity. Kurt and his mum are friendly and kind hosts. Kurt was always quick to respond to our queries before the booking and during our stay. They were extremely flexible during check-in and went out of their way to help us during our check-out. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality. This was our 10th annual Dec vacation in an Airbnb in South Goa and I would say one of the best villas we have stayed in. I would highly recommend the place.

Kurt’s bungalow is located in a gated society with a security guard and a well maintained swimming pool. The place is extremely clean with large and airy bedrooms and spacious balconies. The kitchen has a minibar with everything you would need along with a kettle, microwave, water purifier and a fridge. Varca beach is a 5 minute walk away and there are plenty restaurants around too. Kurt replies quickly and is very courteous. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend!
