The house itself is as beautiful as the landscape around it. The pool was very clean and quite large. The apartments are as described in the listing and pictures. The family that rents the house was also there for a few days (in a separate part of the house). They were very nice and gave us some really good recommendations. There were 12 of us and the house (all 4 apartments) was big enough for us. There were also more than enough glasses, plates and cutlery for all of us.

Jolie maison extérieurement, bien située voilà le point positif. Pour le reste je n’aime pas particulièrement laisser un mauvais commentaire mais il faut savoir faire des exceptions...: Équipement très spartiate , pas même quelques ventilateurs il fait tout de même très chaud., pas d’accès à la machine à laver pourtant présente alors que nous occupions la totalité des gîtes sur 2 semaines...et dans la même veine de signe de générosité sans nom, Nos amis avaient une voiture de location hybride (10 pour 100 électrique) qu’ils ont rechargé sur place pendant une semaine , nous avons fait le calcul, cela représente entre 3 et 5 euros par jours soit 35 euros pour la totalité de notre séjour (qui nous a coûté la modique somme de 6200 euros). Cela nous a valu quelques échanges assez peu cordiaux avec les propriétaires aux manière assez inélégantes. Quand je compare avec la maison où nous avons été merveilleusement accueilli juste en suivant un peu plus haut en Toscane, je dirai simplement que j’ai senti que seul notre argent avait un intérêt ici!

We stayed 16 people at Cantolla Eroli and had the whole place for ourselves. We got an extra apartment for free that we could use as a common kitchen for all of us.T he house is well maintained, equipped and the apartments are very clean. The views are wonderful. Close by (2,5 km) is the little town of Lubriano where you find a supermarket, a little café and a nice restuarant (Frantoio). Not very touristy at all. It was a little bit challenging that none of the people we met spoke english. But they were all very friendly - and the owner showed us the little church in the house. We can definitely recommend Cantolla Eroli - it is perfect if you are a big group of people.

Very good house in wonderful region. Awesome views, total relax. Very good swimming pool. Shop, restaurants - 5 minutes driving. Strictly recommend.
