You will not be disappointed. The location is fantastic and the state of the property is excellent. Everything was sparkling clean including the hot tub. We had a transformative time and, like everyone else on here, are only wishing we had come sooner and stayed longer.

Our family had a wonderful time at Whale Song! Even though we planned activities during the day, we soon discovered that we just really wanted to enjoy being at this special house. Relaxation is immediate as you enjoy the views, walk along the bluff, enjoy the hot tub, read in the comfy chairs, and cook in the beautiful, well-furnished kitchen. The hot tub was a particular bonus because it was extremely easy just to take the lid off and use it - it was maintained perfectly and easy to just put the lid back on. One warning is that you could land on a day that is foggy and misty, which would cloud the entire view of the ocean. Thankfully that was only true on the day we left, but it sure would have been disappointing for that to have enveloped the 2 days we spent there. Of course there is nothing that can be done about that, but just something to be aware of. Amazing place - would love to come again!!!

This is the perfect house for a relaxing weekend on the Mendocino Coast. From the back deck you have gorgeous views of the Pt. Cabrillo Lighthouse across the cove as well as sweeping views of the ocean. The hot tub is perfectly positioned to enjoy the ocean views as well as have privacy from neighboring houses. The house was in excellent condition with all the amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked (no spices … bring your own) making it easy to prepare meals. Located only 5 minutes from downtown Mendocino, this house is perfect in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on the coast!!

This place far exceeded expectations! The photos of the view and charming house don't do it justice. The house is very clean and comfortable and had plenty of space for our party of 6. The view is absolutely amazing and we loved watching the sunrise and sunset everyday from the hot tub. The deck and fenced in yard were perfect for our dog. We also loved being able to walk to the light house trail! Town is just a 5 minute drive away. We will absolutely be back!
