This home was very comfortable for our family w/ 2 kids: 10/12 yo. They loved seeing the fish and the location on the canal is unbeatable. It was so nice to tie up our boat and easily head out for scalloping. The beds were super comfy. We didn't use the bed in the sun room as the temperatures were record breaking. We kept the sliding doors closed to cool the rest of the home. The home WIFI was great and I did need to login to that to get cell signal due to the area. Typical for Homosassa. We were able to use the smart tv to login to Disney + for family movies. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the house. Very clean and as described. Great spot on the river for accessing the bay. Nice neighborhood. We trailered boat over there and went to house first before launching boat and that was a little tricky. You can store the trailer in the front yard but its hard with the boat on the trailer so if I stay again I would try to launch boat first and bring just trailer to house. Tammy was a great host and very responsive. Would stay again.

Loved the house and location! Oven was not that great to cook on but that’s about the only bad thing I could say… I did spend about 45 minutes cleaning the grill grates were really rusty.. we will be back no doubt! Had an amazing time!

Great place to stay. Loved the location. Wish the master bathroom shower had better pressure and the hot water didn’t take so long to get hot. Most of the lighting out back of the residence didn’t work. The fan on the outside porch where the grill was located didn’t work. There was an floor outlet behind the couch inside the house. The cover plate wasn’t attached and wires were exposed. We blocked it off so our dog didn’t get shocked. Other than some minor maintenance issues, our stay was great and will definitely come back next year. The house was fully stocked right down to spices. The fish tank and the koi pond was a hit for my son to feed every morning. Dock worked perfect for my 23’ boat and my son loved using to kayak to fish around the neighborhood docks. Lots of refrigerator and freezer space not to mention loved the inside bar. I found myself there at the end of each day. All in all great place to stay.

This was our second time staying here & once again we loved it. Perfect location on the river and close to everything driving.
