自我介绍

Chef/ owner of The Quarry, a fine dining restaurant in Monson, Maine. I have thirty years of experience in the hospitality industry. We take good care of our guests whether you're staying at our guesthouse or at my restaurant. I'm always available if wanted, I'm just a walk across the road developing new recipes for our restaurant or feeding artists from all over the world that come to our town for a residency program. I have always love to entertain and feed people growing up in the Philippines and continue to love it to this day. I will be there personally to welcome you to our house and our town when you arrive. I look forward to meeting you all!
