This was such a great stay on a beautiful property with majestic views. Jenn was a warm and friendly host who made us feel instantly at home. The cabin exceeded all expectations with everything we could have asked for and so much more.

I've been coming to this general area for years and I've never rented a place as nice as this cabin. The cabin is outstanding in every way. Impeccable and lots of exceptional details that make the place one of a kind. Very family friendly. I did get cell service (Verizon) from one of the rooms. Learned to live without internet for a few days too. Peaceful place.

We had originally planned to go camping, but as the weather was so hot, we needed access to air conditioning (babies don't nap in 90 degree heat). This was a perfect secluded spot with trails to explore and the added bonus of a canoe to borrow (they have life jackets for adults and kids, but we brought our own infant life jacket). It was a great place in the woods and s'mores ingredients were even provided! The games are aimed at older kids, but my 3.5 year old and 1 year old really enjoyed playing with the various pieces anyway!

We had a very relaxing and comfortable getaway! Everything was clean and spacious with little luxury touches. Comfy bedding, linens, lots of blankets, and board games and things to keep the family entertained. We were greeted with a plate of chocolate chip cookies, a smores kit tray, bonfire set up, and plenty of games set up outdoors. Rented a canoe and had a great time on the Potomac too. They brought them to the river for us. Will definitely be back to listen to the birds and swing on the porch swing.

The Red Cabin was amazing, Jenn and her family are amazing hosts who care about your stay on the property. So many personal touches throughout the cabin. We will be returning in the spring time!
