A great place for a relaxed family get-together. Not far from all that Cape Ann has to offer, but so pleasant on the deck or at the nearby private beach that we didn’t have to go anywhere to enjoy!

This home is outstanding. There is nothing like it and lighthouse beach is a gem. You will be lucky if you can stay here. We loved every minute of it.

Lucy's house was a much needed vacation for our two families. We brought two sets of young kids, so close by beach private beach access was a definite highlight, as well as plenty of interesting places to hide in and around the yard. The beach is beautiful and even on the most crowded day was more relaxing than the public beach. I was initially worried about lack of ACs except in one room since we were due for some 85 deg weather, but on the hottest days the large number of windows provided plenty of breeze through the house and we didn't end up using the AC at all. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked most of our meals at the house and managed to get 8 people at the dining table. The house has character and we all admired its construction and charm. We'll definitely be back!

The house is fantastic. Perfect for a summer vacation at the beach. The back deck is lovely for hanging out and it’s a short walk to a beautiful beach that never gets crowded! The outdoor shower is awesome too. We hope we can come back every year!!
