We had a very nice stay here! It was a little off the beaten track which meant it was nice and quiet. The small house was very well arranged and suited us well for our purposes. Everything was very clean and the outside patio which was recently added on was very peaceful and great for sitting out in the AM and sipping on a cup of coffee!

This is an adorable little house perfect for 2-3 people. The host was extremely thoughtful in providing everything we would need from toiletries to water and ice. Instructions were very thorough and checking in and out was a breeze. Marilyn Sue is great!

Great place and great value! The Flip Flop House is a wonderful location, too. While staying there it seems like you're miles and miles away but in reality downtown Fayetteville is just 15 minutes away.

The flip flop house was great. It was very clean and we enjoyed walking around by the creek and by the hen houses. Marilyn Sue was responsive and helpful for any questions we had. The trundle bed does not connect to the other twin so don't expect a real king size mattress. We managed fine though.
