The best place we stayed using Airbnb. Wonderful cottage with everything you need. Even unpaved road to Sheila's place was well worth driving as the views are magnificent. We wish to stay longer than 2 nights. Highly recommended.

We saw this cabin as we drove Montezuma Canyon Road many times. Extremely happy we finally decided to book a stay. It exceeded our expectations in every regard. The cabin is beautiful and very clean. The surroundings are magnificent. Our interest in this location was its proximity to Native American petroglyph and pictograph sites. The place is extremely quiet and peaceful. No vehicles passed on the road between 4PM and 10 AM. the next day, even though there are other houses just down the road. It did not feel isolated, just private. Our only disappointment was that the following two nights were taken so we couldn’t cancel the next booking we had made and stay longer at Sheilas. Next year we hope to come back again. BTW: The reading matter on the cabin’s shelves was of the best quality we have ever encountered at a vacation rental.

Our stay was amazing. The cabin was so clean, the area was so peaceful and quiet. If we could give higher than a 5 star rating, we certainly would. We loved it and will be coming back. We will surely recommend this place to others.

It is a challenge to put in words our fantastic experience at Sheila's place due to its uniqueness. It was very well appointed, clean, spacious, and very pretty, yet off the grid (!), which seems counterintuitive, meaning: you don't feel off the grid, but you feel unplugged, which was much-needed for us. The self-guided tour through the canyon was so much fun. Just be prepared that it is a longish drive (mostly due to it being an occasionally winding road near some canyon wall edges requiring slow, careful driving) so you want to be prepared with your food/basics to stay in the canyon. If you can make this stay happen for yourself, do it! It was, lodging-wise, the highlight of our trip to Utah.
