Amenities include 4BRs, 2BA, beds for up to 8 people, living room, family room and a 3-season screen porch. Enjoy Western exposure sunsets, hikes at nearby Rattlesnake Mtn and casual bites at the local Corner House Restaurant in town. The perfect place to escape and unwind. Guests have access to the entire house, that sits privately on 2.9acres. Equipped with a trampoline and play structure, the house is kid-friendly. A lower level family room accommodates a 60 inch TV with streaming. Lake views from every view in the kitchen, living and dining rooms.

We absolutely loved our stay at Maggie’s place on Squam Lake. It was beyond beautiful. Our whole family went for my Dads 60th. He loves the movie “on golden pond” and it was so special to stay on the lake where it was filmed and surprise him. The place was so beautiful and comfortable for everyone- we so enjoyed swimming, a bonfire, beautiful walks in the neighborhood, listening to all of the peepers at night, movies and meals on the porch, playing games with the lake as our backdrop, and enjoying time together in such a private and beautiful place. The place was so well equipped and even with our big group we all felt like we had so much space! Thank you so much, Maggie! We would love to come back again!
Everything about the stay was great. Private location. Excellent floor plan along with great linens and bedding.
