Jonathan’s place was overall great! Ideal for family trip, it was quiet and private,just a chill atmosphere… extra bonus for free use of the kayaks, location is near to playa del Carmen (car / 20 min), I highly recommend this place!! 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

Beautiful private villa! This was my 2nd time staying here. I highly recommend. We had an issue with the AC working however they installed a new unit immediately. Great communication with the host. I would recommend getting a golf cart or bikes to go to and from the main village of PA. You won’t be disappointed. We’ll be back

Jonathan's place was overall great. It was quiet, private space that was near Playa, Tulum, and many cenotes. The private plunge pool as well as free use of the kayaks, the SUPs, and location on bay/lagoon were added bonuses. There was also filtered water dispenser that lasted for 4 out of the 8 nights, which was fine since the Cedraui supermarket is right across the entry to the complex. Jonathan was kind enough to provide laundry detergent when we inquired where to purchase. The only negative was the dishwasher never worked during the stay and cooking was daily; Jonathan and Eddie were responsive and tried to fix it but it was not an easy fix. Also, one of the two kayaks was missing a back support and proper kayak paddle but it was still usable. Overall, I would stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend.

We as a family had a lot of fun staying at Jonathan and Juan house. We loved the ability to ride the kayaks right off the backyard. Very chill atmosphere. Please note you would need some kind of transport (bicycles of golf carts) to get around the town if you have little kids.
