This was easily one of my very favorite travel experiences. As stated by the host, this is not a resort, but if you want to really experience life in Fiji, I highly recommend this home stay. There is so much to do on the island, including activities provided by the home stay, a beautiful walk to the other side of the island to see the Blue Lagoon, a really lovely tea shop, just a short walk down the beach, and more! The meals were amazing, authentic island foods. Everyone I met at the home stay was so friendly, kind, and helpful. I absolutely loved it here and hope to visit again soon!

Pros: - Ubicación fantástica al tener la Blue Lagoon a 30 min caminando y vistas directas al amanecer - Mini market en la isla - Muchas actividades entre las cuales nadar con tiburones (aunque no estuvieran nada pendientes de nosotros) - Sitio tranquilo y acogedor Contras - Nos cobraron 10$ por alquilar el kayak cuando ponian que era gratuito y este estaba en mal estado - Realmente no conocimos mucho de la familia/cultura porque apenas interactuaban con nosotros - En general no es un sitio muy limpio pero tampoco le dimos mucha importancia ya que entendemos que es lo típico cuando vas a un homestay

We had the best time at Sunrise Lagoon. The cabin just in front of the sea is just wow, private, clean and went beyond our expectations for views. We got to see wonderful sunrises just from our bed. Lice and Jo are great hosts. Lice is very friendly, always caring and good cook. We really enjoyed going fishing with Jo, he was really attentive and patient. We enjoyed the funny company of the dogs (Jeremy, Charly and Sam), they followed us to the market and on swimming sessions. You can kayak around the island for free, share kava, enjoy good company, listen to the sounds of the waves, what else do you need? Perfect place to disconnect. Thank you all the family xxx

Clearly recommend this homestay - it‘s an easy walk to the Blue Lagoon and the hosts are very hospitable and friendly. They also offer great activities and Lice‘s food was delicious!
