We did enjoy our stay at the lodge a lot. Our bungalow was very basic but clean and functional. The beach is beautiful and great for kids - it’s shallow and calm (although not really good for snorkeling). The island is beautiful - especially the walk to the hills was great. For us the only downside was the food - it was very basic, repetitive and just not very good. We would hope for more fish (instead of sausages or bonny chicken) and local vegetables. All in all it was a pleasant stay!

Safe Landing is located at a beautiful beach and the bures are very spacious and clean. The food was also good and we really appreciated the flexible pay-per-meal instead of the fixed food package. Also the ferry pick-up and drop-off is free, which is very rare. However, the whole place needs some maintenance work and also the snorkling gear we hired was pretty bad, so make sure you bring your own. They offer a range of free and paid activities and we really enjoyed the hike across the island, reef hopping and the cave trip. Overall worth the money, so we can definitely recommend staying here for a couple of days.
