We rented the house for a family trip with eight adults and a child. The house was more than spacious enough. The host was most gracious and the home is in a great neighborhood with easy access to Dixie Highway and just a few minutes from Churchill Downs.

This Home and it’s hostess exceeded our expectations and was the cornerstone of an iconic experience of the 144th Kentucky Derby. Our party of 6 was comfortable in every way, and the common areas were superb places for us to gather before and after events. Bedrooms and baths spacious and the linens and towels luxurious and comfy. This would be my first go-to in Louisville going forward!
