Our second stay at the property and we were very happy to return. Lovely welcome pack of goodies, comfortable, warm, excellent facilities, great location, outstanding views (it's worth going for the views alone!) and just the right distance to walk into Grasmere / walk back after dinner.

Stunning house and location, exactly what I was hoping for. Standout rooms were the library and master bedroom, kitchen and gardens were fantastic too. Lots of room in the hallway for coats and boots etc, and the dryer came in very handy! Will definitely return, would highly recommend.
