i super love this place! it's the best place to get quarantined due to a pandemic. while everywhere else was locked down, i got everything i needed here, and even more. the location is perfect. for those who like to walk and take a break, the shared area is spectacular! marissa's unit is perfect for solo occupants. I was surprised at the completeness of the unit. it's bigger than most studios in BGC. the security is also really solid. I'm very thankful i found this place. highly recommending it!!

Marissa's place is the best value you will find in BGC. The apartment is located right in the heart of BGC, close to multiple grocery stores, malls, parks, and entertainment, all within walking distance. The apartment is full of convenient amenities, that make your stay so much easier, including washing machine, oven, stove, cooking appliances, a large TV, and a very comfy couch. I highly recommend booking through Marissa if you are looking to book long-term.

We are continuing our stay at Marissa’s place as she is a good host. Apart from the problems during our first stay (which she promptly resolved), there has been no further issues since. She responds to messages very quickly. Her place has been a home away from home. Thank Marissa :)
