Jane was such a great host, from questions at booking as we were taking our 80year old mum. She even measured & explained the shower step. I asked a lot of her as we’d never stayed in Eastbourne and she was amazing with information and detail. I couldn’t have asked for more! So quick to respond and really helpful with everything. It’s a beautiful & extremely peaceful ‘home’ with all you need and incredible views of the sea! A bottle of fizz in the fridge when we arrived was a lovely touch for mums birthday ☺️ . There’s plenty of supermarkets around in easy distance, nice out of town shopping area at Sovereign. Wouldn’t hesitate to book with Jane again and would definitely love to spend more time on the balcony just looking out at the water! ❤️ Thank you Jane

Fantastic apartment right on the sea, with great views from the balcony. Restaurants within a 15-minute walk and easy to reach. Jane was a great host, leaving a good welcome pack and was responsive to queries. The apartment was in excellent condition, clean and with everything you could need for a short break. This is a great place to chill out and unwind.

A lovely apartment, with the most amazing view! We booked the apartment whilst clearing out our uncle’s house and it was just what we needed - a peaceful safe haven!! You wouldn’t have known if we had neighbours, it was so lovely and quiet - all you could hear was the sea which just added to the lovely and peaceful ambience. Not only that, it was spotless. The tidiest airbnb I’ve stayed in! Jane was also super responsive, which made things even easier. We’ll be sure to book again if we’re in the area!

Have had a lovely late summer break at Jane's apartment. Very well presented accommodation, with all the comforts and facilities expected. Secure location in a residential area, with uninterrupted views straight on to the shore from the balcony. The Sovereign Marina, within a short walk or drive, had several good restaurants. Pablo's Italian restaurant was a favourite. Communication with Jane prior to arrival and throughout the stay was excellent. Would happily recommend Jane and her apartment.
