Linda was a great host - strong communication and helpful local recommendations. The Little Place Guest House was very well-situated - close to the active downtown and UVM campus - but not so close that you couldn't get a good night's sleep. The apartment was stylish and clean, well-appointed and generally comfortable. (My husband bumped his shin half a dozen times on the leg of the bed nearest the bathroom. It's a bit of a tight squeeze, so be careful.). The provided milk, juice, tea, etc. were much appreciated. We had a great time at the Little Place Guest House. We would book with Linda again without any hesitation and would confidently refer friends and family.

I had a lovely stay at Linda’s place. It was very clean and nicely styled. The bed was very comfortable and she was so thoughtful to leave milk in the fridge and had coffee and granola available. Thanks for a great stay!!

Linda was welcoming and communicative. The apartment is well decorated and has nice natural light. The bed is comfortable and the shower has good water pressure. The area can’t be beat, close to downtown with a great coffee/pastry cafe on the corner. Only notes are that the dark stairwell entrance might be dangerous for some (only light switch is at the bottom of the stairs) and the stairs are very steep. But overall I’d be happy to stay here again!

I stayed here while visiting my daughter at UVM and I would definitely stay here again. Everything was as described and it was very clean. I enjoyed being able to walk restaurants if needed. Compared to some of the other Airbnbs I have stayed at in Burlington, I thought this was a good deal as well.
