Overall great little house. We spent three nights there as family with three young children. Check-in was straightforward. We played lots of foosball. He had Monopoly, Jenga and corn hole too. The layout was pleasant, and comfortably furnished. The bathroom location is a bit awkward for a family, as the children have to come through the master bedroom to access the bathroom. There was a problem with the washing machine, but Sam communicated with us about it ahead of time, and left money for us to do laundry at the local laundromat. Sam also resolved an issue we had with the heater and gave us instructions on how to get the pilot light relit. The place was generally clean, but not "sparkling". Overall very nice stay. Good value for the price. Thank you Sam.

Sam's place was clean and a nice place to rest with the hustle and bustle of family Christmas. The only issue (which is completely out of Sam's hands) is the trains that run very consistently throughout the night. Sam did provide ear plugs however it was still noisy. By the third and fourth night I was able to sleep through the night. Thank you for your hospitality! When we come back to visit family hopefully we can utilize this space again. PS My girls absolutely loved the foosball table. It was their favorite memory!
