Private entrance. Fiber internet. YouTubeTV on all TVs. In unit W/D. When the upstairs is occupied you will hear some creaks and footsteps. The entire home was recently renovated and everything in this property is new -- except -- the original upstairs hardwood floors. New patio and backyard coming in 2024.

The space was nicely put together and convenient for my trip. The amount of noise was much more than I expected based on the description in the listing. Every footstep, furniture use, and dog tippy-tap across the floor was quite audible. I was woken up many times and am generally not a light sleeper. I really wanted to love this place for its proximity to family but the noise made that difficult. Aside from that, it was a nice, recently renovated spot. You can’t control the temperature from within the unit but there are ample blankets.
We had a great stay at Daryl’s apartment! The space is very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and has a well-equipped kitchen. Daryl is easy to communicate with and even had some welcome snacks ready for our arrival. Location is central and check-in was easy too.
We had a great time at the property. It had everything we needed, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, massive TVs, comfortable bedrooms. Daryl is a responsive and accommodating host. Definitely would stay again.
