We absolutely loved this apartment, and so did Buddy🐶. Everything was beautiful and Don was the perfect host. All the comforts of home. A very comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom. I loved sitting on the patio and drinking my coffee. Keurig and all the fixings in the kitchen. Everything was meticulous. Serene atmosphere. I highly recommend the whole experience

We showed up on the wrong day and had to change our booking last minute (basically were nightmare tenants!) but Don was kind and understanding. We have family in the area so will definitely book his place again when we are in the area.

We spent a wonderful weekend in Pawling using this comfortable, well kept studio as home base. Don’s listing provided helpful suggestions about local restaurants and outdoor activities, including scenic drives and opportunities to hike along the Appalachian Trail. Don was friendly, helpful and responsive when needed, while also providing privacy and space. We’d love to make a return visit!

I come to Pawling regularly to visit family. Don's place is clean, quiet, bright, comfortable, and in a beautiful location just outside of town. We had to check in a little early which was no problem, and check in and check out were simple. Throughout our stay, I had a few questions, and Don always answered me immediately. He was an excellent host and we will definitely be back!
