Welcome to our spacious and inviting home featuring three cozy bedrooms and ample entertainment options. Master Bedroom A, boasts a comfortable king bed and private work desk, accommodating up to 2 guests. In Bedroom B, you'll find a queen size bed and a twin size bed, perfect for up to 3 guests. Bedroom C offers a queen size bed & twin size bed for 3 guests. All of the bedrooms have AC window units. The living room offers an arcade machine and games with comfortable seating. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen and 2 full bathrooms for your convenience. Additionally, we have provided a washer and dryer for your laundry needs, and high-speed internet to keep you connected. Our 55" living room TV is set up for you to log in to your favorite streaming services and a working desk where you can connect to the TV (HDMI cable provided). *PLEASE NOTE: We offer AC window units for all 3 bedrooms. The common area has a ceiling fan and we also offer a large standing fan to help the beautiful ocean breeze. The house does not have central AC. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules: No parties or events allowed. Our home is strictly non-smoking. A $1,000 fee will be charged if cigarette buds are found anywhere on the property or if there's a smoke smell inside the home. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. To prevent plumbing issues, do not flush baby wipes or feminine products in the toilet. Dispose of them in the trash. Follow the checkout procedure to avoid additional cleaning fees. When leaving the house, lock all doors and close windows, and please lock the door, which will automatically lock when pressing the "X" button. A few reminders to enhance your stay: Initial paper supplies (2 toilet paper rolls, 1 paper towel roll) are complimentary; additional supplies can be purchased at nearby grocery stores. Cleaning supplies are located in the cabinets under the kitchen sink. Free parking is available for up to ONE vehicle. The parking is on the alley way and the max area to park is 17' x 15' (We will send a photo example on how to park after booking is confirmed). Street parking is also available, please look for the signs for street sweeping. Feel free to use the washer and dryer inside the house remembering to please clean out the dryer trap after use. Complimentary laundry essentials are provided for your first few uses. Our community is family-oriented and safe. You will have access to the whole house but please be aware that the pathways, entry gates and parking is shared with our lovely neighbors from the apartments in the back. We kindly ask that you treat the neighborhood with respect during your stay. ** The dining picnic table on the front lawn and the firepit seating on the porch is exclusively for our guests to use only.
