The perfect stylish home for group escapes! Set in the heart of New Romney, minutes from the beach and fantastic golf courses, Ivy Cottage is the place with which to explore all that this wonderful South coast haven has to offer. Modern design, all 'mod cons' and meticulously staged. Local activities include, horse-riding, water parks, cycling, miniature railway and the RSPD centre in Dungeness. Perfect for visiting, famous vineyards, Medieval Rye & Hastings, or just relax in the hot tub! There are 5 bedrooms (2 with em-suite), 4 with double beds and one with a single (with an additional pull-out that can become two singles). Should you require it, there is also an additional double sofa bed downstairs.

What an amazing place! The location is just perfect and the house is beautiful. Hot tub is great and there is everything you could wish for.

A lovely house. It was clean and tidy on arrival. A good few restaurants and pubs nearby, all in walking distance. We had a nice walk down to the sea, which took about 30 mins. All house instructions were very good and communication was excellent. The upstairs rooms were very spacious and all decorated to a high quality. The kitchen and dining area was where we spent most of our weekend. We really enjoyed our time in New Ivy Cottage.
Absolutely a great house and stay! Very clean and modern inside and very well equipped. Hot tub was brilliant. Great location with shops all around and a lovely scenic route to the lovely sandy beach. Great communication with regular messages before we had our stay to allow a smooth and easy process to check in and helped answer any questions we had, super friendly. I would definitely come back to this house and I’d recommend it to everyone.
