You can even bring two of your four-legged friends along to explore the expansive 125-acre Historic Family Green Estate.

Perfect spot for us. We needed a peaceful remote location for a stopover and Vonda’s place was great. It was warm and welcoming. She was a great communicator. There was a beautiful Christmas tree and snacks. The house is an awesome remodel. Wish we had more time to explore.
This home was perfect for my family’s Thanksgiving trip to Waverly. All of my adult children and their significant others stayed at Vonda’s house. They loved it. Very comfortable beds and nice amenities. We definitely plan to return next November.
I've been to many Airbnbs, but none that exceeded my expectations more than this beautiful home. I can't rave enough about this piece of paradise. The host was extremely helpful, friendly, and even went above & beyond to wash the sheets + linens in fragrance-free detergents due to allergies in the family. That extra step meant so much & it didn't stop there. We were greeted with the most gorgeous home, complete with an array of local peanuts, jellies, and a Christmas tree for the holiday season with a few gifts underneath for the kiddo! We were speechless. Each room seemed to be more beautiful than the next, and the touches were thoughtfully done. Some fresh groceries in the fridge, slippers tucked under the most comfortable beds, and charming fireplaces that made it feel so cozy and homey. The land surrounding the property is peaceful, even with the sound of a train close by. I can't say enough about how grateful we were to call this "home" for the weekend.
Yoland places exceeded our exceptions! Our work crews travel all around the US and have stayed in several AIRBNB's, Yoland goes WAY above and beyond and is super generous. After a long work day, she makes sure she accommodates everything you could thing of to be able to relax. The house has PLENTY of room and privacy for each room, the beds slept amazing! Your host makes sure you have everything you need and communicates with you through your entire stay. We will make sure to stay here even if we are remotely close to the area! Thank you for being an amazing host.
Great home, easy to find, simple entry. Home is freshly remodeled and very clean. Host goes above and beyond, will definitely stay here again.
