My friend and I had a wonderful getaway at this location. The pictures don’t even begin to do the views justice! We were very comfortable and felt immediately at home. Although secluded, it was a great base for exploring the Northern Neck during the day and relaxing in the evening. We will definitely be back. 😊

What a wonderful stay! The hosts were very warm and responsive, the house and grounds itself were beautiful, and the area was peaceful and pristine. Will definitely stay again!

Layton's Landing was a beautiful hidden Treasure. It was quiet, clean, and more roomy than the pictures show. It also has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The best part is the VIEW. WOW! 😲. Please put this place on your must go places to visit for R&R. You will not be disappointed. Lorie and Dug were amazing Host's and I am super excited to revisit in the warmer season.

Lori was a great host! The view from the house is breathtaking and very peaceful. Doug was on site most of the time and helped with the fire plus provided fishing poles for us to use! We are going to book again a return visit in warmer weather and use the kayaks! Definitely would recommend for a small family or a couple looking to get away for some quality time!
