The en-suite bathroom includes a 2-person jetted bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a fun day. Enjoy the evening stars on the attached walk out, balcony deck off this bedroom. Two additional bedrooms are located on the other side of the house. Bedroom #2 offers waterfront views, a King sized bed, sitting chairs, nightstands, a dresser, and a 32" Class Smart ROKU 4K HDTV. Bedroom #3 offers a front yard and farm view with two full sized beds, dresser, nightstand, and a 32" Class Smart ROKU 4K HDTV, perfect for families, kids, or friends traveling together. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with the main level living area. The fully stocked kitchen and dining room make mealtime simple, complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator, double oven, cooktop and seating for 8 at the table and 3 at the bar. The spacious living room is perfect for movie watching, game nights, are the simplicity of enjoying each other's company. With plenty of seating, this inviting space includes a comfortable sectional, side chairs, coffee table, side tables, and a 55" Class Smart ROKU 4K HDTV. Just off the living room and dining room, take in breath taking views and sip your morning coffee from the screened in porch, with comfortable seating for seven and a coffee table. Inside, the converted garage provides a spacious game room, complete with an oversized mini-split heat pump/Air conditioner, 55" Class Smart ROKU 4K HDTV, comfy sectional and chairs, table for games and activities, and a 12' shuffleboard table. Cable TV is provided through the DirectTV Stream app on all TVs, and high speed wifi internet has been verified at 380mpb+, ensuring that you'll never miss your favorite shows or movies. All linens and sheets are provided for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay and are 100% cotton percale. Be sure to enjoy the outdoor amenities including kayaks, paddle boards, PFDs, crabbing equipment, fishing poles, bikes, fire pit, charcoal grill and an electric pellet grill. The stay on the river was great! Kristin was extremely helpful and communicated effectively throughout. The screened in porch was so peaceful especially on our rainy day. Game room and shuffleboard a plus. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and everything you could need. Beds were comfortable as well and nautical decor, clean house. I’d stay again. Recommend for families or groups of friends.
Every summer my friends and I rent a house on the water to fish and relax and this house might have been our favorite one yet. The kayaks are great and easy to get out on the water. The game room has a bunch of fun games if it’s rainy or bad weather. The kitchen is huge. And pretty close to a few restaurants in town, the Crazy Crab was great and Rancho Viejo were our favorites. Thank you to our gracious hosts for lending their beautiful, relaxing waterfront home for the weekend!
Kristin & Tom were very friendly, responsive and easy to work with. For example, we had 1 very minor issue with a power surge and brief loss of wifi, but Kristin and Tom were extremely responsive and worked with us to seamlessly resolve the issue. Their house was lovely with just about every amenity. Private, serene setting in the woods, on a quiet cove. Highly recommend. Would rent from them again!

We are excited to host you at our “home away from home.” We purchased this home enjoy some quality family time with our kids, siblings, and retired parents. It was always my mother’s dream to retire on the river and for various reasons that didn’t happen. Our hope is that we can now help make that dream come true when we visit Blue Heaven on the Cove and that we can extend that same unparalleled quality family, friend or rejuvenation time to you.
