Location: Waldameer (3 minutes) Presque Isle State Park Entrance (3 minutes) Millcreek Mall & Shopping (9 minutes) Parking: Driveway with room for 3 cars, with additional free on-street public parking Outdoor area: Rear patio outside of the sunroom with table, chairs and grill Living Room: Cozy couch, loveseat and gas fireplace and Roku TV opens to dining area Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, utensils, toaster, Ninja coffee maker, toaster oven, crock pots, instant pot, roaster and more! Cook with our gas stove and microwave while utilizing a full size fridge/freezer. Sunroom: This is the coziest sunroom, with couch, recliner, oversized ottoman, Big Joe bean bag chairs and vented castiron gas furnace. Bedrooms: All 3 bedrooms are on the main level. Bedrooms 1 and 3 have a queen sized bed with Tempur Pedic memory foam toppers, closets and dressers. Bedroom 2 is smaller and has a bunkbed that kids love, with bottom bunk a full size mattress and top bunk a twin. Bathrooms: The main level of the house has a full bathroom with combination tub/shower with heated dryer from the ceiling. The basement hosts a small full bath with standup shower. Towels and washcloths are provided, but please bring your own toiletries. Basement: The finished basement hosts a library of DVD and Blue Ray movie collections, washer/dryer, and indoor clothesline. Kids will love a Laser Tag setup, complete with blacklights throughout the basement! Garage: Although parking is not available in the garage, you will find an assortment of outdoor supplies including beach furniture and sand toys. You are also welcome to use our 4 adult bicycles, including 2 road bikes and 2 cruisers. Air pump is available and necessary for filling tires, and safety equipment like helmets are also provided if desired.
